I thought I knew what "hard water" was when I lived in Utah and Idaho...apparently not!  I now live in Indianapolis and as you can see, you pretty much need a chisel to clean this bad boy.  HOWEVER!  I found a chemical-free cleaner called Tub-N-Tile that totally took it off! I used a sponge to do a little scrubbing but, not much!

And Boom-Ba-Da-BING! All Clean!
